Its mission is to transform the landscape of special education and disability care, not only in Egypt but across the Arab world. By providing a centralized platform for specialized training, the academy aims to elevate the skills of professionals, meeting their educational needs and facilitating the practical application of their knowledge. Under the guidance of our expert team, learners can benefit from a structured learning approach and ongoing practical training.”

 

The Challenge:

Bright Bridges Academy, a daughter company of Future Vision, aimed to launch a first-of-its-kind centralized training platform in the Arab world — dedicated to special education professionals.

But they faced these initial challenges:

  • No digital presence or brand structure.
  • No centralized learning platform in the region.
  • The need for fast execution (within 5 months) to establish credibility, operations, and online identity.

  • Build a centralized online platform hosting courses, workshops, and learning materials.

  • Design a seamless website for registrations, payments, and communication.
  • Create media content to support branding and marketing.
  • Lay the foundation for future scalability and growth.

The Strategy:

1. Business and Brand Foundation

  • Created a full short-term and long-term business plan.
  • Defined brand identity: mission, tone of voice, visual language.
  • Established core offerings (courses, workshops, events).
